Master Academic Internship Agreement

Brigham Young University requests that all organizations taking its students as interns enter into the enclosed agreement. You will note that the agreement includes a free $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance policy BYU provides for all students on internships with cooperating agencies that utilize the agreement. Also, the procedure for this agreement requires that your organization only sign it once. In the future when a student has accepted an offer to work for you, she will sign a seperate form indicating she has read the master agreement and is committing to comply with its conditions, a copy of which will then be forwarded to you. Please note that your signing this agreement in no way obligates you to accept interns from BYU. However, we hope you will continue to be interested in having our students work for you. If you have questions about this agreement or are unable to sign it, please contact us at (801)422-6029.
